National boxing icon and former Senator Manny Pacquiao, owner of the Manny Pay digital wallet, has officially signed an agreement with Primelectric President Roel Castro to include Manny Pay among the Third-Party Collection Agents for Primelectric’s utility services.

The signing took place at Shangri-La Makati on October 30, 2025, right after Manny Pay’s launch.

Primelectric is the parent company of MORE Power in Iloilo, Negros Power in Central Negros, and Bohol Light in Tagbilaran City, which serve a combined total of nearly 400,000 consumers.

Once integrated into the system, customers will be able to pay their monthly utility bills online through the Manny Pay mobile app, benefiting from lower service fees and a more convenient payment experience.
